„ESG Beyond Reporting“ – The board of Tesa, a sustainability leader in its business, because it „looked beyond“ early on, took the time for 𝗮 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻. 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗯𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 & 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻. With my long time in management we share the business perspective & focus on practical consequences.

The challenging effects discussed will be the same for many companies. With Ingrid Sebald, CTO, Thomas Schubert and their teams, tesa is sustainability leader already. But, again, tesa management 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀, to be „ahead of the wave“, as CEO Dr. Norman Goldberg phrased it. I truly enjoyed the positive, productive discussion.
It has been a nice coincidence & real pleasure talking business with even two former colleagues again: Norman Goldberg from the broad 𝗛𝗲𝗻𝗸𝗲𝗹-Adhesives-World in Duesseldorf long time ago. CFO Dr. Jörg Diesfeld and I both held 𝗕𝗲𝗶𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗱𝗼𝗿𝗳 Finance positions abroad during my time there. Adhesives & FMCG = Tesa.
