Today she is Partner at Theron Advisory Group<strong>,<\/strong>\u00a0Advisory Board member of Intellisource GmbH as well as visiting lecturer of private university Euro-FH Hamburg.<\/p>\n<p>Her broad <strong>ESG expertise<\/strong> has 4 sources: The detailed knowledge on European and international <strong>legislation<\/strong>\u00a0and the profound<strong> practical <\/strong>experience in build-up of global ESG-type\u00a0<strong>reportings<\/strong> on company side. With the <strong>ESG strategy certificate<\/strong> of Wharton School she owns current global knowledge on dynamics, methods and integration in companies&#8217; strategies. By<strong> 35 years of engagement<\/strong> in climate and ecological topics she not only has a understanding for content but for the patterns of NGOs and dynamics of public opinion, too. Mainly from C-level and Supervisory Board perspective her advisory focusses on reporting and legislation, resulting risks and their mitigation.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<strong>Finance expertise<\/strong>\u00a0is both operational and strategic. She held the Controlling position in <strong>management board<\/strong>, drove ambitious target achievements in crisis, developed flexible management concepts. At Henkel she was an expert for high-inflation-countries, has experienced value losses, liquidity crisis as well as the typical recession.
